Arrive at the Festival Site a minimum of one (1) hour prior
to your performance time.
The director should check-in at the registration desk as
soon as possible. Leave instrument cases on the bus.
Remember to bring three original scores of each piece to
be performed.
Warm-up times are immediately prior to
your scheduled performance time.
We encourage you to come early and stay late to listen
to other groups perform.
The on-stage clinic, if you select this, will be given
by one of the adjudicators immediately following your group's
performance. This will provide a unique personal touch to
your group's festival experience and allow a judge to share
his/her expertise about a particular musical discipline.
The Awards Celebration is at the Southern Star Amphitheater
at Six Flags Over Georgia on Saturday at 7:00pm.

the Festival (subject to change): Saturdays, 10 AM to 10 PM Sundays,
10 AM to 8 PM
